Wedevelop and G-Label are joining forces for the demolition and reconstruction of one of the oldest residences on the Zeedijk in Duinbergen called 'Pierlala'.

Until the start of the demolition works, the facade is covered with a unique work of art by the renowned artist OLI-B.

The new construction project, which will also be named 'Pierlala', will have a beautiful architectural look with white natural stone, polished balcony elements and white aluminum. The residence will include a mix of luxury apartments with frontal sea views.

The project, located between the minigolf and the General Willemspark, is within walking and biking distance of the commercial center of Duinbergen and Knokke.
